Where is your favorite place to visit in the world?

Greece - most beautiful beaches, food and culture — and family isi there! Second is Hawaii!

Jack Lalanne and Betty White as kind leaders 

How does your work fulfill you, and your purpose in life?

I feel thankful I get to support people taking better care of themselves


What are you reading right now?

Mastering Adversity, Soul Life Balance, Untethered Soul (for the 10th time)


What are you watching?

Usually anything Pixar or Dsney thanks to my 5 year old :D


What do you do to relax and de-stress?

Music, beach walks, and journaling


Do you have any sleep tips?

Create a sleep ritual/routine - wind down a couple hours before bed - leave phone in another room, sip tea, brain dump list, shower or bath, read a book, keep room cool, tidy and like a sanctuary


When are you most in flow, productive and energized?
BEACH :D


Do you meditate or practice mindfulness?

 Yes, actually launching a new class at Pleasure Point yoga in Santa Cruz, for a lunch break mindfulness + movement every other Thursday with Sam Kabert, come join us!

Who taught you how to hustle?

My parents, both socialites, business owners who had us work at a very young age. 

What keeps you up at night?
When I think about how many people suffer from mental illness and the shitty systems we have in place, how can I be more of service. The list goes on and on, so I have to set times to think of these things not close to bedtime.

Do you exercise?
Yes - daily movement is my medicine. 

What communities inspire you?
Anything involving family and children being healthy and happy.

Are you more Hustle or more Zen, lately?
Hustle but working on taking breaks for zen. 

What would you do if you did not do your existing work/business?
Be a singer in a band 

How do you define a good work / life balance, and how important do you think it is?
I think incredibly important and I know first hand how easy it is to be out of balance so I hire people who coach me to slow down :D

How do relationships impact your balance?

Partnership and my kid are the most beautiful parts of life- family is my #1 core value.

What advice would you tell your younger self?
Life is messy and beautiful at the same time, learning to ride the waves and enjoy the journey is truly the best part. And that you are right where you are supposed to be so embrace it all!

What is one issue you are out to change in the world?
More mental health support.

What is your favorite quote, mantra, motto?
It takes a village, lead by example, and be kind.
